India Condemns Saudi Attacks; Houthis Vow More Strikes
India has condemned attacks on civilian infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and called for an immediate halt. Yemen's Houthi rebels have vowed to carry out further attacks on Saudi airports and oil facilities, following a strike on Aramco headquarters. Reports indicate the Houthis are building advanced ballistic missiles, potentially with Chinese parts, placing Israel and Saudi Arabia within range. Explosions have been heard in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, with one report stating a strike on the international airport killed at least 12 people and wounded over 300. The attacks have disrupted the sports calendar, leading to the postponement of a Saudi tennis event featuring Alcaraz and Djokovic, and the AFC considering postponing the Asian Cup. Separately, Saudi Arabia overturned a death sentence for Sri Lankan workers accused of blasphemy.
