YouTuber Dhruv Rathee faces defamation suit and court summons
Dhruv Rathee, a YouTuber, is facing a defamation lawsuit in Delhi that concerns a video about Lord Ram and Sita which was allegedly reuploaded after being taken down, as well as a separate claim for ₹50 lakh over a video titled ‘Can Hindus Eat Beef?’; the court issued fresh summons in the 2018 case and has scheduled a hearing on the plaintiff’s plea for 5 November.
