OpenAI alleges ex-employee took trade secrets to Apple before court date
OpenAI has accused a former employee, who recently joined Apple, of taking over 100 files related to an unreleased product to a personal account. The allegation emerged hours before OpenAI and Apple were scheduled to face off in court over trade secret disputes. The former employee allegedly made a presentation about the unreleased product. OpenAI has stated it will not use any trade secrets allegedly taken from Apple.
