IIT Kanpur launches $1 billion fundraising campaign
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has launched a $1 billion (approximately Rs 9,000 crore) fundraising campaign named 'Greater Than Us'. The campaign aims to raise the funds by March 2029. As part of the initiative, IIT Kanpur announced the establishment of an Rs 180-crore innovation school in Noida. Nearly half of the $1 billion target has already been committed.
