ACCC Sues Kmart Over Nail Glue Burns and Button Battery Safety
Australia's consumer watchdog, the ACCC, has initiated legal proceedings against Kmart. The ACCC alleges Kmart breached consumer law by selling millions of bottles of nail glue that caused burns to users, without providing adequate safety warnings. The watchdog also cited concerns over button battery safety.
