Indian Banks Report Profit Increases in Second Quarter
Canara Bank reported an 8.4% rise in its second-quarter profit, reaching ₹5,175 crore. UCO Bank's net profit increased by 27% to ₹786 crore for the same period. Indian Bank's profit grew 14% to ₹3,540 crore, with an improvement in asset quality.
