Opposition March to SC, Remarks on Bangladesh Spark Political Row
The Supreme Court's Chief Justice Surya Kant stated that the judiciary cannot be browbeaten, in response to a march by the INDIA bloc to the Supreme Court. Separately, remarks by Neha Bora, who reportedly stated 'Bangladesh showed us the way,' have drawn criticism from the BJP, with leaders like Rajnath Singh accusing the Congress of seeking a Bangladesh-like regime change and using youth to fuel anarchy. U.S. singer Mary Millben and Abhijeet Dipke also exchanged barbs over CJP funding. In a separate incident, Nikhil Wagle apologized to CJI Surya Kant after posting an expletive-laden message targeting the Chief Justice.
