Clashes erupt during nominations in Punganur, MP's convoy attacked
Clashes between activists of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) occurred in Punganur on the first day of nominations for Urban Local Body (ULB) elections. During the incident, the convoy of MP Midhun Reddy was attacked, and at least four cars were vandalized. Stone pelting resulted in injuries to activists from both parties.
