Thousands protest in Greece over cost of living and education
Thousands of students and teachers protested in Athens, Greece, against the rising cost of living and what they described as deteriorating public education. The demonstrations were partly inspired by similar protests in France. The protests highlighted concerns over education spending and soaring living costs.
