Walmart rolls out AI shopping tools for customer agents
Walmart has launched new tools that allow artificial intelligence agents to shop for customers. These tools will be accessible to all Walmart account holders and do not require a Walmart+ membership. This move positions Walmart differently from Amazon, which prohibits outside AI agents from its platform.
