Colgate-Palmolive reported a 5.5% increase in net profit for its second quarter, reaching ₹342 crore, though this narrowly missed estimates. The company saw a 12.2% rise in revenue and gains in toothpaste volume, but its Ebitda margin declined due to increased input costs and advertising expenditure.
