UBS converts warrants, acquires 4.8% stake in 360 One
UBS has converted warrants into a 4.8% equity stake in the Indian wealth management firm 360 One. The conversion involved issuing equity shares at ₹1,030 per share, bringing the total consideration for the warrant transaction to ₹2,112 crore. This follows a deal made in 2025.
