Driving License Test Rules Set for Major Changes

The Indian government is proposing significant changes to the driving license system. Under the new rules, applicants will need to score at least 75% in online driving tests. The proposal also includes plans to issue driving licenses in different colors to distinguish between Indian and foreign citizens, and to eliminate the requirement for affidavits for name and address changes, making these updates free. Additionally, applicants will be required to provide their blood group and emergency contact details.
