India Rebukes Pakistan at UN Over Minority Rights
India has strongly criticized Pakistan at the United Nations regarding its treatment of minorities, stating that Islamabad has no standing to lecture New Delhi on the issue. India accused Pakistan of failing to protect its minority communities and reminded it of the 1999 Kargil conflict and development in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The Indian delegation asserted that Pakistan should focus on its own internal issues rather than lecturing India.
