Opposition Holds Rally in Delhi Alleging Vote Theft
Rahul Gandhi led a large opposition rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan, where he alleged that the 2024 elections were illegal and that votes were stolen. He also claimed that the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) would be jailed. The rally, organized by the INDIA bloc, focused on alleged voter roll deletions and vote theft. Gandhi urged attendees to buy from small traders. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) criticized the rally, calling it a flop show. Some traders claimed that 300,000 shops were shut amid the protest.
