CJI Surya Kant Advocates Constitutional Guidance for Judiciary
Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant has stated that the Constitution should guide the judiciary when laws are silent on matters. He also called for introspection on improving the responsiveness of the judicial process. Separately, the Supreme Court registered a contempt petition concerning a post targeting CJI Surya Kant on the KPCC platform.
