Centre and Panchayats to Expand Rural EV Charging Stations
The Indian central government, through an MoU with CESL, plans to expand access to electric vehicle (EV) charging and battery swapping stations in rural areas. Panchayats will provide land for these charging stations in rural locations. This initiative aims to increase EV infrastructure across the country.
