EPFO Launches WhatsApp Service for PF Balance and Passbook Details
The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has launched a new service allowing members to check their PF balance and passbook details via WhatsApp. By sending an 'Hi' message, members can receive 'A to Z' details about their provident fund account, including balance updates, from the comfort of their homes.
