Goldman Sachs Raises Oil Price Forecasts Amid Supply Concerns

Goldman Sachs has increased its oil price forecasts, citing substantial supply risks. The investment bank now expects Brent crude to reach $105 a barrel in December, up from a previous estimate of $90, and anticipates an average of $88 for the next year, a 10% upward revision. This comes as OPEC+ is set to maintain its December oil output targets, despite ongoing war disruptions. Separately, Brent crude saw a 3% slip to $110, influenced by reports of Iran-Qatar peace talks easing supply fears.
