Bengaluru Opens New Signal-Free Road Amidst Traffic Concerns

Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar inaugurated a 10.7 km long signal-free, toll-free road in Bengaluru, aimed at easing traffic congestion. The project, named the S.M. Krishna Corridor, also saw the foundation stone laid for a tunnel project at Hebbal. However, a BJP MP criticized the government, urging the deployment of previously acquired electric buses first.
