Persistent Systems to acquire German firm Nagarro for $1.3 billion
Persistent Systems has announced its intention to acquire the German digital engineering company Nagarro for approximately $1.3 billion (€1 billion). The deal, approved by Persistent's board, is described as the company's largest acquisition to date.
