BJP MP Alleges Caste Discrimination at Event, Leaves Program

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Medha Kulkarni alleged she was prevented from sitting in the front row at an event in Maharashtra. She stated that officials initially suggested she should sit there according to protocol, but a leader, identified as Pawar, raised the issue of her Brahmin caste. Pawar reportedly said the event was for the Maratha community and her presence in the front row could cause controversy, leading Kulkarni to leave.
