PM Modi attends Seychelles National Day, strengthens maritime ties
Prime Minister Modi attended the 50th Independence Day celebrations of Seychelles as the Guest of Honour. During the visit, he reaffirmed commitment to maritime security and handed over an India-built patrol vessel to the Seychelles Coast Guard. Modi was also conferred with Seychelles' highest environmental honour, the 'Guardian of the Blue Horizon'.
