Himachal Pradesh government to pay 50% interest on farm loans
The Himachal Pradesh government has announced a new scheme to provide relief to farmers regarding agricultural loans. Under this initiative, the government will bear 50% of the interest on outstanding farm loans. This scheme is expected to benefit 6,356 farmers in the state.
