Uttar Pradesh and Bangalore aim for record sapling plantations
Uttar Pradesh has set a target to plant 35 crore saplings in July, aiming for a record. Separately, the Bangalore Development Authority is attempting to set a world record by planting lakhs of saplings. These initiatives highlight large-scale afforestation efforts in different parts of India.
