Delhi LG grants executive magistrate powers to DMs, revenue officers
The Lieutenant Governor (L-G) of Delhi has approved the delegation of executive magistrate powers to District Magistrates (DMs) and revenue officers. This decision applies to 13 newly reorganised districts within Delhi. These officers will now be able to exercise these powers, which were previously held by executive magistrates.
