Masked Vigilante 'Batman' Apprehends Thieves in Mexico
A masked individual, dubbed the 'Batman of Lagos de Moreno,' has been apprehending thieves in Mexico. The vigilante reportedly writes 'Rat' on their faces and duct-tapes them to poles.
