Consumer Commission Orders BSNL to Pay Compensation for Unrestored Landline

A consumer commission has ordered Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to pay compensation for failing to restore a landline connection. The Madhya Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission upheld a previous order, directing BSNL to pay Rs 15,000 to Rs 17,000.
