VHP Criticizes Lawyers' Boycott of Ram Temple Theft Case Accused
The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) has criticized a resolution by the Faizabad Bar Association to not represent the accused in a Ram temple donation theft case. The VHP stated that such a boycott violates constitutional principles and legal ethics, citing Supreme Court observations that denying legal representation is illegal and against professional ethics. The VHP president, who is also a lawyer, emphasized the right to legal representation for every individual.
