Kashmir Businessman's Property Attached in Srinagar Terror Case
Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) has attached the immovable property of Mubeen Shah, a former president of the Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), in Srinagar. The attachment is linked to a terror case and a 2020 FIR. Shah was previously arrested on August 4, 2019, a day before the revocation of Jammu and Kashmir's special status, and was later released by the court.
