False hijack alert diverts Tel Aviv-bound flight to Bulgaria
A LOT Polish Airlines flight en route to Tel Aviv was diverted to Burgas, Bulgaria, due to a false hijack alert. The Bulgarian Ministry of Transport stated that a glitch caused the alarm. The incident caused a mid-air security scare.
