Jet Airways employees to receive PF and gratuity dues after NCLAT ruling

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has ruled in favor of former Jet Airways employees, upholding their right to receive full Provident Fund (PF) and gratuity dues. The NCLAT dismissed an appeal by the State Bank of India (SBI) that sought to challenge the priority of these payments during the airline's liquidation process. This decision provides relief to employees who have been awaiting these payments since the airline ceased operations.
