Pakistan Air Force Officer Killed in Islamabad
Group Captain Asim Tareen of the Pakistan Air Force was shot and killed in Islamabad. Reports indicate the incident occurred when he intervened to help a woman being abducted by assailants on a motorcycle. The attackers then shot the officer.
