CBI files chargesheets in bank fraud and homebuyer cases
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed chargesheets in multiple fraud cases. This includes the first chargesheet in a bank loan fraud case involving Reliance Commercial Finance (RCFL), naming two companies and five former executives. Additionally, a chargesheet was filed in Bengaluru concerning homebuyer fraud against two builder companies. The RCFL case involves an alleged fraud amount of ₹4,097 crore.
