Pawan Kalyan's Young Fan Battling Genetic Disorder Dies in Telangana
Niranjan, a teenage fan of actor and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, died in Telangana. Niranjan was suffering from a rare genetic disorder, identified as Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Pawan Kalyan had recently met Niranjan and fulfilled his last wish. The actor expressed shock and grief over the fan's death, stating that the news had deeply shaken him.
