Delhi launches tree plantation drive and expands EV charging network
Delhi has launched a "Mission 70 Lakh Plantation" initiative, inaugurated by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta stated that development and environment will proceed together. Separately, the city aims to establish 32,000 EV charging stations, with Gupta reviewing preparations. The transport sector is also seeing an addition of 2,386 new e-buses.
