NALCO and NLC India form joint venture for Odisha power plant
National Aluminium Company (NALCO) and NLC India Limited have formed a 50:50 joint venture to establish a 1,080 MW captive thermal power plant in Angul, Odisha. The plant is intended to fuel the expansion of NALCO's smelter operations. The agreement was reported by multiple outlets.
