Multiple suicides and homicides reported across India
Multiple incidents of suicide and homicide have been reported across India. In Karnataka, a 34-year-old cab driver allegedly killed his mother, grandmother, and brother-in-law before ending his own life, reportedly due to personal distress and unemployment. Separately, an auto driver in Bengaluru died by suicide after recording a video alleging harassment by a lender. In another case, a man in Karnataka died by suicide after allegedly facing harassment from a moneylender. A teenager in an unspecified location died by suicide after alleging rape by her boyfriend. In Indore, a college student died by suicide, leaving a note blaming her father and grandmother.
