SBI to Sell Stake in SBI Funds Management Ahead of IPO

The State Bank of India (SBI) is selling a 1.42% stake in its funds management arm ahead of an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO, led by Kotak Mahindra, aims to raise ₹11,693 crore. SBI has already transferred shares to 30 investors, raising ₹1,655 crore. The IPO's subscription period runs from July 14 to 16, with share allotments finalized on July 17.
