CJI Expresses Concern Over Delayed Mediation Council Formation
Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant has expressed disappointment that a mediation council has not been established even after six years. He stated that hope now rests with Parliament for its formation. The CJI made these remarks in relation to the Uttar Pradesh government.
