Multiple Arrests in Assault and Bribery Cases Across India
Several arrests have been made in separate incidents across India. In Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, a TDP leader and family members were arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman over a bribe dispute. Separately, in Tamil Nadu, police are investigating a conspiracy to bribe TVK MLAs, with a senior journalist questioned and money seized.
