Supreme Court: Voter List Deletion Doesn't Automatically Mean Citizenship Loss
The Supreme Court has stated that deletion from electoral rolls does not automatically result in the loss of citizenship. While the court observed this, it did not issue a directive preventing the government from potentially impacting civil rights.
