Election workers report exhaustion from voter enumeration tasks
Booth Level Officers (BLOs) in Bengaluru and Hyderabad are reporting significant physical exhaustion and a crushing workload. In Hyderabad, the completion of enumeration form distribution is hampered by BLOs struggling to collect the filled forms. This difficulty is exacerbated by mass voter shifts, complicating the delivery process for BLOs. Challenges also arise in collecting forms from working couples and the elderly.
