Kashmir Mountains Warming Faster Than Plains, Srinagar Sees Record Heat

A recent study indicates that the mountains of Jammu and Kashmir are warming at a faster rate than the plains. Conversely, the plains of Jammu have experienced a slight cooling trend. Srinagar recorded its highest temperature of the season at 35.9°C, surpassing Jammu's temperature.
