Reports of Transgender Individuals' Alleged Coercion and Disruption
Incidents involving transgender individuals have been reported in two separate locations. In Kanpur, authorities arrested nine individuals following allegations of extortion, abuse, and threats against passengers at the Central Station. In Gadwara, Madhya Pradesh, a separate incident saw a disruption where a person, identified as a 'fake transgender', was allegedly subjected to having their head shaved and beaten with sandals.
