Ex-Army Chief Highlights Northeast Defence Manufacturing Potential
Former Army Chief Manoj Pande has stated that the Northeast region of India has significant potential to become a hub for defence manufacturing. He suggested that soldiers will ultimately decide the course of future conflicts. Pande also indicated that the army needs to undergo substantial changes to prepare for future warfare.
