Trainee IPS officer booked for harassment attempts suicide
A trainee IPS officer at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy in Hyderabad has been booked for allegedly sexually harassing a woman colleague. Following the allegations and booking, the trainee officer reportedly attempted suicide and was hospitalized. His condition is stated to be stable. The police are investigating the matter.
