Karnataka High Court dismisses PIL against Bidadi land acquisition
The Karnataka High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) challenging the land acquisition for the Bidadi township project. The court found that the acquisition process did not comply with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. This decision allows the project to proceed.
