India's first electric air taxi prototype unveiled, targets 2028 launch

India has unveiled a full-scale prototype of its first electric air taxi, developed by the ePlane Company. The flying taxi, which has been in development for seven years, is designed to fly 100 km on a single charge. The company aims for a commercial launch in 2028, with projected costs around 2.5 times that of an Uber ride.
