Andy Burnham Appointed UK Prime Minister

Andy Burnham has been appointed the United Kingdom's seventh prime minister in ten years. He met the King at Buckingham Palace before heading to Downing Street. In his first speech, Burnham pledged to end rough sleeping across Britain and address the cost of living and housing shortages.
